The family of small Playful Architects has grown with a lot of new participants, not only from the Czech Republic but also from abroad. To our delight, foreign elementary schools have sent us their works for the exhibition. Drawings from local architecture and monuments that children consider their architectural heritage have arrived to Prague. The topic of the 7th Playful Architect Project is “My Arch Heritage 2019”.

Dozens of drawings have been delivered from schools in Italy, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland, as well as from far away countries such as Mexico, Peru, China and Armenia.

At the moment, almost 1800 Czech children have been involved in drawing architecture, plus 700 foreign students. The foreign works will be presented at the Rosenberg Palace in Prague Castle, where pupils from Czech schools will personally attend and add their drawings to the exhibition, as part of the interactive program. My Arch Heritage exhibition will run from October 1-30, 2019.

Whole classrooms of students from Prague and several regions of the Czech Republic will visit the Rosenberg Palace during October to personally present their work. On the spot, each class will select the best 6 drawings to represent their school, city and region, and they will be set in the exhibition. From Prague, the exhibition will be on tour around other countries and cities.
